TDD completely refurbished this pair of iconic 1960s New Farm towers to produce 99 one bedroom apartments and a single two bedroom apartment. The project sold out within months of its launch, and was particularly attractive to investors who identified the myriad of lifestyle features that secure good tenancies – premier location and local amenities, absolute riverfront views, on-site management, pool, gymnasium, intercom and chip security. Also included were stone bench tops, generous robes and storage, all kitchen and laundry appliances and optional furniture packs. This is TDD’s fifth project on the same prestigious street, located at number 79 Moray Street, New Farm.
