Work is now underway on Solais Residences, the $486 million luxury development by respected Brisbane builder-developer Tom Dooley Developments. Rising 29 levels, the project occupies a rare 2,500sqm site in Newstead.
At 176 Breakfast Creek Road, Solais Residences will offer 164 premium two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses. The building looks out over heritage-listed Newstead House and Newstead Park, with wide views across the Brisbane River that are protected from future development.
The residences have been planned around the site’s north-east aspect and protected outlook. Generous living areas will open to views over Newstead Park, along both reaches of the Brisbane River and towards the CBD. Apartments are priced from $1,698,000.
The start of construction is a major milestone for Tom Dooley Developments. The company has spent more than 26 years building and developing premium residences in Newstead, New Farm and Kangaroo Point, three of Brisbane’s blue-chip riverside suburbs.
